Money converted as Top Up is non refundable.
PayPal Top Up
Top-up is a feature that allows you to transfer funds from your local bank account to your PayPal or Payoneer account by making a local interbank transfer. This will then be used for your TestaPrint product purchases.
Production Time is not included in the Estimated Delivery Time-frame.

Tracking number will be made available at your TestaPrint Dash Board within 7-10 business days from the date the order moved to production.
Tracking number is in a form of excel file and is available for download. However, it will sync automatically to your Selling Platform.
TestaPrint will not be held liable with the below stipulated cases resulting to unsuccessful delivery and no compensation by any form will be given.
Incorrect or/and Incomplete Shipping Address
Incorrect or/and Missing Customer's Contact number
Failure or Refusal to pay Custom Tax, VAT/Duties owed to clearance agency ( Whichever applicable )
Change of Residence
Customer not available during the delivery
If the order is not yet delivered beyond 45 Days, and no movement of tracking data, We will grant Replacement or Refund Credit
Poor print quality or damage products, just send us a photo proof and we will compensate it through Replacement or Refund Credit. No need to return the defective item.
Photo Proof should focused to the damaged area. For print complaint, turn off camera filters and position it on a good lighting area for us to easily to check.
Poor Print Quality as a result of a pixelated uploaded artwork, TestaPrint will not grant any compensation.
DESIGN AND ARTWORKS
By Uploading your Artwork, you certify that you own or have the rights to carry the design or artwork and you exclude TestaPrint from any legal claims.
If the products got confiscated or banned by Customs or any Authority due to Copyright related reasons, TestaPrint will not compensate the following orders.
Order Modification is not allowed since all orders will stay in Pending until the merchant will manually process the payment. This will leave the merchant an ample time to clear the payment from their customer and review the Shipping details before paying the order.
If there is a need to modify the order, original order should be deleted from TestaPrint Dashboard and create a manual order on your Shopify store applying the necessary changes.
Order in Production can no longer be modified or cancelled.
We only entertain quality complaints for compensation if the item is not in used.
Complaint email should be sent to TestaPrint Customer Support ( firstname.lastname@example.org) not exceeding 30 Days from the day the customer received the product.
